No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

Previously paid fees are not refunded.

Golden Lead Marketing is not responsible for client provided content or legal violations.

Platform Compliance Responsibility

Clients are responsible for compliance with all third party platform rules including Meta Google SMS A2P messaging regulations and advertising policies.

Golden Lead Marketing is not responsible for account suspensions disapprovals bans or restrictions imposed by third party platforms.

Service Availability

Golden Lead Marketing does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance third party outages updates or technical issues.

Downtime does not constitute breach of service or grounds for refunds.

Results Attribution Disclaimer

Golden Lead Marketing does not guarantee tracking accuracy attribution or reporting results.

Tracking may be affected by browser settings privacy restrictions device changes platform limitations or external updates.

Intellectual Property

All systems templates workflows designs automations code processes and materials remain the property of Golden Lead Marketing unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients receive a limited nontransferable license to use services while active.

We are not responsible for outages changes pricing updates suspensions or policy changes caused by third party providers.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Golden Lead Marketing in the previous 30 days.

Indemnification

Governing Language

If these Terms and Conditions are translated the English version shall govern and prevail in all cases.

Entire Agreement
